At Phase 5 Gifts and Cards, we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned.
Note that we do not compensate postage and packaging charges for item returns.
You can contact us by email regarding any return or faulty item using the address info@phase5retail.com.
If an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit and a clear photo is provided to show this, a replacement will be issued without any need to return the item to us.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can t offer you a refund or exchange.
For items which are non-personalised, and in order for the item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, or order number, as proof of purchase.
